Interface GenbankWriterInterface - serializes a Plasmid into GenBank flat-file text. The counterpart of GenbankPlasmidMapper, not of ParseGenbankManager directly : it writes a Plasmid aggregate, not the raw Feature entities the legacy parser produces.
