- VcfReaderInterface
- Interface VcfReaderInterface - reads a VCF file into VcfVariant instances. FORMAT and sample
genotype columns (9th column onward) are not modeled ; only the 8 mandatory fixed fields (CHROM
through INFO) are read.
- VcfVariantRecordMapperInterface
- Interface VcfVariantRecordMapperInterface - converts between the immutable VcfVariant value object
and its Doctrine storage shape.
- VcfWriterInterface
- Interface VcfWriterInterface - the counterpart of VcfReaderInterface : writes VcfVariant instances
as a VCF file with its eight fixed columns (no FORMAT, no sample genotype).
